SOFT E-Invoice Application enables you to send E-Invoices generated within SOFT Applications, and to receive E-Invoices and to process them into SOFT Applications.
Invoices to be sent to Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) E-Invoice Application have to be signed (sealed) with a Financial Seal; and, this transaction is provided by SOFT E-Signature Integration Application.
With SOFT E-Invoice Application, you can exchange E-Invoices between other systems and companies outside of GİB, and you can also track printed invoices which are integrated by scanning.
Sending generated invoices to GİB E-Invoice System, receiving status data and incoming e-invoices are performed automatically through web services.
Files which are generated by SOFT E-Invoice Integration and then sealed and zipped can also be manually uploaded to GİB Invoice System. Similarly, those files which come to GİB Invoice System can also be downloaded manually and then uploaded to SOFT E-Invoice Integration Application.
In addition, SOFT New Generation Document Management System ensures keeping E-Invoices with backups in an undeletable, unchangeable manner.
