Allocation of one IP address to Server, Secure Access Management, protection against viruses and adjusting performance settings.
7×24 System Support Service
Answering support requests on Server and application basis.
4-Week Reversible Daily Image Backup
While virtual servers are open and running, obtaining an image-based backup on a different disk cluster within the Data Center for a period going back up to 4 weeks. Reversing these backups as operating servers, as they were taken, or on file basis.
Service of Writing Monthly Backups on Cartridge
Writing all components of SOFT Applications on a cartridge at the end of each month and delivering this cartridge to the Customer to be archived in a bank safe-deposit box. In this service, the cartridge to be used each month is charged and invoiced to the Customer.
Server Management (Update, Maintenance, Support, etc.)
Tracking and loading Windows updates regularly. Checking the present performance and resources, making the necessary adjustments, if needed. Coordinating and ensuring the operation of Servers and applications regularly and 7/24.
Detailed Server Status Monitoring Service
Tracking past statuses with comprehensible reports in order that probable malfunctions or errors can be investigated backward and can be interpreted.
SOFT Database Management and Maintenance Service
Checking SOFT Application Databases regularly. Carrying out necessary maintenance regularly for high performance and operation without interruption.
EXCHANGE Database Management and Maintenance Service

The management and coordination of the leased virtual servers shall be undertaken by SOFT and a standard backup service comprises 4-week reversible daily image backup for all servers.

Our customers can access SOFT’s Help Desk by phone or e-mail and report a problem, issue a request, or get information. A call record will be opened in SOFT Internal Tracking System for all sorts of calls via telephone by the customer.
