SOFT E-Payroll Application is a web application which operates  in integration with SOFT Human Resources Management Application, and which can easily be integrated with any payroll application with web services. It generates an interface between SOFT ERP applications and employees. The basic functions and features of the application are as below:

  • Employees can view their last payrolls in electronic environment by using their user names and passwords
  • Tracking former payrolls of employees
  • After payrolls are prepared in Human Resources application, they can be transferred to E-Payroll application with KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) or Financial Seal.
  • Time is saved, because signatures are not required for e-payrolls sent with KEP
  • Stationary cost is decreased
  • Eliminates the necessity of filing and saving payrolls
