E-DOCUMENT PLATFORM
SOFT Platform Independent E-Ledger Application is a platform independent application which realizes all transactions related with Electronic Journal and Grand Ledger according to relevant communiqué and guides after necessary controls, and which is certificated by the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB). For ledgers generated by retrieving data from external systems, data integrity and unchangeability of the external system shall be secured by the user within the external system.
- Retrieving GL journal data files from external systems in XML, TXT, CSV or XLSX formats
- Conversion and control of ledger data
- Sealing the E-Ledger file with Financial Seal
- Generating certificate file by using certain data from sealed or signed ledger file
- Sealing the certificate file
- Packing the sealed or signed certificate file or files
- Transferring the prepared packages to the file system to be uploaded to the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) E-Ledger System on www.edefter.gov.tr and uploading with web services
- Downloading sealed certificates from GİB E-Ledger System and uploading with web services
- Uploading sealed certificates which were manually downloaded from GİB ledger system
- Saving together the E-Ledger file and uploaded certificates sealed by GİB
- Generating an index for E-Ledgers on company, ledger type and month basis
- Generating ledgers using the index, tracking and reporting transactions of sealing and certification
- Displaying E-Ledgers using the index and, if requested, transferring them to another file system
