This application provides transfer of summary declaration and detailed declaration data to BİLGE software used in Turkish Customs, and the integration of received replies from BİLGE software with SOFTTRANS®. The application operates together with SOFT Electronic Signature Integration Application for electronically signed transfers.
SOFTTRANS® – NCTS/T1 Integration Application is an interface application which provides efficiency, minimization of errors and cost saving by customs planning utilizing SOFTTRANS® position and shipment data, and sending T1 declarations electronically without entering data again from Web pages to Turkish and European NCTS Systems.
SOFTTRANS® – NCTS/T1 Integration Application consists of a basic module, and 3 different integration interfaces which provide integration with Turkish NCTS System, TOBB-UND and SGS Companies’ Systems which operate with this module. Any interface can be selected and all interfaces can operate together.

NCTS/T1 Integration
With this interface, sending notification and status tracking are performed using web services provided by T.C. NTCS Application. Also with this interface, sending notifications between domestic customs which do not require collaterals, notifications related to guaranteed transports by companies which have submitted their collaterals to Turkish Customs Authority, and transit transactions starting or ending in Europe can be performed.
